How do I reactivate a license

Hi,
my integration was not working properly (it was always loading saying that URL were being using in another project not being true), so I cancelled it in order to create a new one, but now I dont get a way to reactivate and Im affraid that if I open a new project will say that URL is being used (Being true this time).

How could I solve this?
