Something wrong with the Products retrieval, maybe a plugin or a permalink configuration preventing getting the data, can you please give me admin access in an email to check?
Hi Bassam, the problem is still there 
As i sent in an email this is related to a plugin conflict, i can’t guess which plugin is causing the issue without disabling all of them and test
If it is a live website then we need to clone to a staging website in order to be able to disable the plugins and re-test the integration, then we will re-enable them one by one till we know the exact reason for the conflict
