I would like to know if the final app can be with the default texts in Spanish, and if so, how to configure it.

The upcoming week we are launching a full integration with Polylang, This makes the application to be multilingual with any number of translations that you need
All the translations will be managed from inside the polylang and we will launch the steps in the knowledge base
